CREW H Properties is a developer of high quality homes, based in Langley British Columbia. Founded by Wally Wiebe, CREW H is built from the foundation of integrity, quality, tireless work ethic, and for each project completed with utmost care. Wally’s past construction experience includes single and multi-family homes, commercial, renovations, and restorations, with side gigs in residential and commercial landscape construction.
In 2007, compassion for the less fortunate led Wally and his young family to live and work in Nicaragua, Central America. There he and his wife Esther founded La Semilla, a development ministry focused on isolated farmers. You can learn more about their ministry here.
Our Team
Wally is the president and founder of CREW H Properties. Wally directs and manages every aspect of our projects, from working through permits to managing schedules and overseeing every task with detailed precision. He is the visionary and heartbeat of the company. Aside from work, Wally is passionate about family and community. In his free time he enjoys hanging out at the lake, waterskiing, hockey, volleyball and motorbiking.
With a love for all things beautiful, Esther plans, envisions, sketches, and collaborates with all the skilled workers in our builds to make every space as functional, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing as possible. When not designing, Esther enjoys traveling, gardening, spending time with her children and granddaughter or being inspired in nature.
Rachel manages all the bookkeeping and administration tasks. Her keen interest in building gives her great insight for managing the office. At the age of 12 she was by her dad’s side with a hammer working on her own designed shed! When Rachel’s not at work she’s out enjoying BC’s natural great outdoors, especially the beautiful lakes.
With years of experience in framing and construction, Elijah oversees our projects as site supervisor. He is the face of the company on site and maintains relationship with tradespeople. When not working Elijah enjoys snow boarding, dirt biking and water sports.
